Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at High Desert Metal Work! Our shipping policy is as follows:

 * All Shipping rates are calculated by carrier

* LOCAL PICKUP IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO CAN PICK UP THEIR PURCHASE "IN PERSON"  

 * Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped and pickup is NOT available on Sundays or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

It is the responsibility of the PURCHASER to provide accurate contact and address information.

 High Desert Metal Work, LLC WILL do their very best to process and fulfill every order in a timely fashion.

 

All orders for LOCAL PICKUP 

* Customer is responsible for contacting High Desert Metal Work to set up a pickup time and place. - see 'contact us' page 

* All orders, regardless of shipping, require 3-5 days processing

* It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly choose their shipping method (customer to pay any applicable shipping charges)

* LOCAL PICKUP IS FOR THOSE WHO CAN PICK UP THEIR PURCHASE "IN PERSON" 

* High Desert Metal Work, LLC is NOT responsible for delays related to improper shipping choices.  

* High Desert Metal Work, LLC is located in Cedar City, Utah and DOES NOT DELIVER (IF YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY, CHOOSE SHIPPING)
